Description: Mount St. Mary's,the oldest independent Catholic university in the United States,offers more than 40 academic majors,minors and concentrations that complement the university's distinctive core curriculum. Mount students participate in more than 50 clubs and honor societies as well as 18 varsity sports at the NCAA Division I level. Graduate programs are offered in Business (M.B.A. - offered at Frederick and Hagerstown sites),Education (M.Ed. and MAT),Theology (M.A.)and Divinity (M.Div.). Accelerated undergraduate programs in Business and Criminal Justice are offered off-campus in Frederick and Westminster,MD. The campus is located on 1400 acres near historic Emmitsburg.
